UN Women Ethiopia in collaboration with the Tigray Bureau of Women Affairs, organized a four-day capacity-building training in Wukro town, focused on transformative leadership for 31 mid-level women leaders from various government sectors in the region.
The training aimed to enhance the leadership skills of women leaders, providing them with essential knowledge and skills on decision-making, conflict resolution, effective communication, and personal development.
The training program inspired women leaders to play a pivotal role in rebuilding and leading their communities, fostering gender equality, and contributing to the overall recovery and development of the region.
